Both firms are headed by founder partner Mr. G. R. Modi, who has more than 48+ of seasoned experience in the field of audits, taxation, and business consultancy.

He is the founder and senior-most partner of the firm, in active professional practice for over 48+. He commands extensive authority and hands-on depth in statutory audits, tax audits, direct tax litigation, and corporate governance.
Over four decades, he has nurtured a permanent institutional client base of more than 100 audit clients spanning commercial banks, public listed enterprises, prominent corporations, and partnership firms, together with direct supervision of 500+ active Income Tax portfolios.

He brings over 18 years of specialized expertise across corporate finance, institutional management advisory, international transaction advisory, and structured fund syndication.
Possesses substantial transactional competence in syndicating project finance and working capital, structuring External Commercial Borrowings (ECBs), financial turnarounds, feasibility assessments, and double taxation treaty interpretations.
